Here at HAVN, we don't want to waste your time and we want you to feel comfortable. You're looking for someone to manage your assets, not someone who is going to nickel and dime you along the way. This is why we put our pricing right here, no surprises for our clients or our tenants. Right now, we have inaugural pricing and price lock guarantee that you won't find anywhere else in this industry. Below you will find three tiers of management packages, choose the one that best fits your needs.

Homeowner/Investor Services:

I. Full Service Property Management

• Monthly Management Fees: $100 per month, you're locked in and we will never go up on you!
• Leasing Fee/ Tenant Placement: 25% of a full month of rent.
• Additional Fees: NONE
• Maintenance coordinating: Included

II. Tenant Placement Only:

• Leasing Fee/ Tenant Placement: 35% of a full month of rent.
  We will place a viable tenant, communicate all the way up until move in, and hand it off to you for self management

III. Rent Collection Only:

• $50 per month
  We will collect the rent and distribute it to you monthly. You will have full access to our reports for simplified accounting.
